What is a category?

A set of systems that work together, sold as one: Rooms & Facilities, for example, is housekeeping, work orders, assets, vendors, compliance and pool & spa tests. See all eight.

Do I need to replace my PMS?

No. ASP Works works beside the PMS you already run — it is not a PMS replacement. Today it reads the reports your PMS emails each night; Connect your PMS (a live two-way link) is coming soon.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

Nothing is charged automatically until you choose a plan. If you don't, your trial simply ends.

Is the AI assistant a separate cost?

No. It's part of the product at every tier, not a metered add-on.

Running more than one hotel?

Every property is priced on its own room count and its own plan, all under one account.
